After spending decades living in cities, my transition to a quieter, slower pace of life in the countryside deeply connected me to nature and the handmade process. My work ranges from unique, one-of-a-kind pieces to functional tableware. My pots are usually thrown on the potter’s wheel using stoneware clays and finished in custom glazes prepared in my studio. My aim is to create pieces that balance elegance and function, and that grow in meaning, affection, and connection with each use.
